Return and Refund Policy

Unopened returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. For change-of-mind returns, products must be unopened, with the original factory seal intact and all original packaging included. Proof of purchase is required.

Opened products that work properly are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Requesting a return
Email bearcreekbeamworks@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions and the return address.

Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable for these returns. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items
Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us promptly if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Opening a product does not prevent you from reporting a defect.

We will work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover necessary return shipping for a confirmed defect, shipping damage, or an error on our part.

For products containing lithium batteries, contact us before returning them so we can provide appropriate shipping instructions. Do not ship a product with a swollen, leaking, or otherwise damaged battery.

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting an approved return, we will notify you and issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it.

Warranty support
If an issue develops later, contact us for help determining applicable manufacturer warranty options. Coverage varies by product and manufacturer.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
